I support women who are caregivers trying to balance the responsibilities to self and others. If you’ve been putting everyone else first and feel emotionally drained, disconnected, or unsure of who you are anymore, you’re in the right place.

Not at all! Everything I offer is designed for real people, not artists. No judgment or self-criticism allowed! Journaling and doodling are tools for emotional expression — not about making something “perfect”. All you need is curiosity and a little space to focus on you.

My programs are coaching-based, not therapy based. The goal is to support emotional wellness, awareness, and growth. If you’re unsure whether coaching or therapy is a better fit, feel free to reach out.

My programs are live on Zoom, with replays available in case you are unable to attend the live session.

Currenlty, my focus is on group programs in order to build a supportive community for one another. However, if you’re interested in private coaching, feel free to reach out via the contact form — I occassionally open a few 1:1 spots.
