Self-Love Doesn’t Begin Where Most People Think

This workshop introduces a gentle pathway that begins with simply becoming willing to see yourself and gradually learning to replace self-criticism with compassion, acceptance, and eventually, self-love.

Create a meaningful self-portrait that tells your story

Learn simple questions that quiet the self-criticism

Leave with a one-of-a-kind reminder that every piece of you belongs

Why This Matters

The relationship you have with yourself influences every relationship you have with everyone else.

It shapes the way you respond to stress, handle mistakes, receive compliments, set boundaries, and move through the world.

When that relationship begins to change, everything else begins to change with it.

Sometimes the smallest shift isn't changing your circumstances.

It's changing the way you see yourself within them.

Why This Work Means so Much to Me

For more than 35 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside children, teens, adults, and families through some of life's most difficult moments.

Over time, I noticed something that kept showing up—not just in the people I worked with, but in my own life as well.

Like so many women, I spent years believing my exhaustion came from everything and everyone around me. I was so focused on caring for others that I slowly lost sight of myself.

What changed my life wasn't learning how to do more.

It was learning to understand the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that shaped the relationship I had with myself.

That realization changed the way I live, the way I work, and inspired me to create the Solutions Over Symptoms Method (SOS) —an approach that helps people move beyond simply managing life's challenges to understanding the patterns that create them.

Whether through my workshops, programs, or individual coaching, my passion is helping people better understand themselves so they can create meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.

My hope is that this workshop gives you a safe place to pause, reflect, and begin seeing yourself through a kinder lens.

I'd be honored to have you join me.
