This course is designed for women who are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in a cycle of self-neglect. If you’re ready to prioritize yourself and learn how to manage stress, emotions, and chaos while taking empowered action, this program is for you.

In this course, you’ll learn powerful tools and strategies to manage your emotions, set boundaries, and make choices without the fear of disappointing others. Through a mix of educational content, self-reflection exercises, creative activities like journaling and doodling, and practical CBT techniques, you’ll transform the way you think, feel, and act, leading to lasting emotional well-being.

The course is delivered in 8 modules, one per week, each focusing on different aspects of emotional awareness, mindset shifts, and personal empowerment. Each module includes educational content, self-reflection activities, and practical tools to help you apply what you’ve learned to your own life.

Each module will be approximately 60-90 minutes long and they will be presented live through Zoom. Recordings will be made and shared if you are unable to attend or wish to revisit the content.

Yes! You’ll have access to support through the course community. I’m here to answer your questions and offer guidance as you work through the course.

You’ll need a notebook, journal, or paper for writing and reflecting, as well as some basic art supplies such as pens, pencils, markers, paints or crayons for the doodling activities. Do not stress if you don’t have art supplies. All you honestly need is paper, pen, heart, and mind. No prior experience with art, journaling, or doodling is needed.
