This workshop offers a safe, supportive space to slow down, get curious, and give your emotions a voice—one doodle and one journal prompt at a time. You don’t need to be an artist or a writer—just willing to explore with an open heart.

Not at all! This course is about your private and personal expression of emotions by taking it to the page. NO perfection here. Doodling is simply a creative way to explore emotions and reconnect with yourself. Stick figures, scribbles, and messy lines are all welcome here.

You’ll need a journal book, notebook, or just some loose-leaf paper, a pen or pencil, and any simple art supplies you have on hand — colored, pencils, markers, or even crayons. Use whatever you have on hand. I have had participants just use paper and a pencil!

This workshop is designed with busy caregivers in mind. Each live session is about 60 minutes, and all activities can be done at your own pace. This is not intended to add more stress to your day!

No problem! All live sessions are recorded and shared within a day or two. You’ll still get full access to the lessons and move through them when your schedule allows.

No, Doodle & Discover is not therapy. It’s a guided self-discovery workshop that supports emotional awareness and self-compassion. While it may feel healing, it’s not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Great question! Doodle & Discover is a shorter, more playful introducation to emotional awareness using creative journaling. Solutions Over Symptoms is an 8-week deep dive that includes more coaching, education, and reflective work around your patterns, beliefs, and emotional needs.
